If you are new to Kalamazoo
and the surrounding area, or simply
feel the need to reach out to a new
group of friends because your
circumstances have changed,
you are invited to consider the
Kalamazoo Area Newcomers' Club
(KANC).

Our members include those who have
recently moved here as well as many
long time residents.
Our goal is to provide friendship,
activities and programs for our
members as they adjust to a new
location or life-style changes
(such as career moves, new marriage,
divorce, retirement, death of a spouse, etc.)

We meet the 3rd Thursday of each
month from September through May,
with a short business briefing,
luncheon, and a variety of
entertaining programs
appealing to all age groups.

KANC is a non-profit organization.
We hold an annual fundraiser
from which proceeds are distributed
to charities in the community.

The KANC special interest groups are varied
to appeal to all lifestyles
(singles, working women,
couples, etc.)
and requests of our members.
